Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Accept Walk-Ins For Emergencies?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We'll evaluate your case when you arrive and prioritize urgent situations.

What Counts As A Dental Emergency?

Severe tooth pain, broken or knocked-out teeth, infections, swelling, or excessive bleeding require immediate attention. If you're facing uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or an injury from trauma to the head, go to your nearest emergency room.

How Soon Can I Get Treated?

Call us or walk in during office hours and we'll evaluate you the same day. Urgent cases are prioritized, and when your situation allows, we treat you during that same visit.

Do You Take Insurance For Emergency Visits?

Yes, we accept most PPO and indemnity plans. We're not in-network with HMO plans, Denti-Cal or Medicaid. We'll help you file your claim.

What If I Don’t Have Insurance?

No problem. We accept credit cards, checks and cash, and we work with CareCredit financing, subject to their approval. Ask us about your options before treatment begins.

Can You Help With Severe Tooth Infections?

Yes. We treat dental infections, including root canal treatment when it's the right option for your case. Call us as soon as you notice pain or swelling — infections don't resolve on their own.
